We currently ship exclusively within India and do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed on The Basic Supplies are processed, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers located in India through our network of trusted courier partners.
Our logistics partners are carefully selected to maintain high standards of reliability, professionalism, and speed in delivery.
2. Processing Time
Each order undergoes a quality check and secure packaging process before dispatch.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
- During high-demand periods such as festive seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, our team will communicate updates promptly via email or WhatsApp.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 6–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your city, region, and courier service availability.

4. Free Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, across every pin code in India. There are no hidden charges, minimum order requirements, or additional fees. This policy reflects our commitment to keeping our products accessible and affordable for everyone.
5. Late Delivery Refund Guarantee
At The Basic Supplies, we take delivery timelines seriously. Our Late Delivery Refund Guarantee ensures that if your order arrives later than expected, you still receive value for your time.
If your order is delivered more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, you will automatically qualify for a 10% refund of your total order value as a goodwill gesture.
Terms and Conditions for Eligibility
- The delay must be due to internal factors within our control (e.g., processing or dispatch delay).
- Orders delayed due to external factors such as weather, courier network disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or incomplete/incorrect address details are not eligible.
- Customers must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the order to initiate the claim.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also view the latest updates by logging into your customer account on our website under “My Orders.” If tracking updates appear delayed, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to reflect recent activity.
7. Delivery Coverage & Serviceability
We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through reliable logistics partners.
If your address falls outside our delivery network:
- Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
- You will have the option to provide an alternative address or receive a full refund.
We are continuously expanding our service coverage to reach more customers nationwide.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details (name, address, contact number, and pin code) are entered accurately at checkout.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or failed delivery attempts.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
We recommend reviewing all shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, rare issues can occur.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team at support@thebasicsupplies.in with your order ID and (if applicable) photographs of the packaging or product.
After reviewing the case, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
